- Use heat protectant when styling and keep temperatures below 450°F.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive styling products, and sleeping with wet hair.

No, if the hair is installed, it is very hard to determine issues with the hair. Different products or install methods can make them look like “Bad Hair”. Lux hair often does testing on all products and stands by the quality of our hair.
