LUX Hair provides the highest quality of extensions on the market, which requires a longer manufacturing time. Rushing the process can damage the hair. Quality and longevity are our top priorities. Please consult a licensed stylist for your color purchase and extension type. Stylists are educated in color theory and can suggest the best match for your hair needs.

Blend Types

• Solid Color: One solid color with no duality. Ideal for stylists who prefer to color their own wefts.

• Blend: A 60/40 mix of two tones blended throughout the weft. Perfect for adding slight dimension or baby lights.

• Piano: Two-toned colors aligned side by side, resembling piano keys. Great for hair with heavy dimension.

• Ombre: Darker color at the top of the weft seamlessly merging into the second and third colors. Ideal for adding lightness to the ends of a root extreme balayage.

• Balayage: Rooted 1 inch from the top of the weft with the root color continuing to the end. Perfect for a lived-in balayage look.

Manufacturing & Shipping

Manufacturing Time

Our manufacture time varies for each type of extension, typically taking 7-10 business days for manufacturing.

Shipping Time

Shipping generally takes 3-4 business days. Due to strain on the shipping industry since COVID-19, we suggest booking your install appointment after you receive your tracking information to avoid rescheduling due to shipping delays.

Shipping times depend on several factors, including the type and color of hair ordered, product quantity, parcel destination, holidays, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control. 

Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If you received the wrong order or a faulty item, notify us immediately at info@luxuryhairclub.com with your order number and relevant details.
We will send the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have returned the wrong or faulty item.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we made an error.

Care Instructions

Product Use

Hair extensions require sulfate-free products and daily oil application. Treat extensions as color-processed hair, even if matching your natural color, as they undergo manufacturing processes to achieve the desired color. Weekly deep conditioning treatments are essential. Use only recommended products by your stylist. LUX Hair is not responsible for damage due to incorrect product use.bBlonde colors will fade slightly, similar to naturally colored blonde hair.

Color & texture matching

Human Remy Hair

LUX Hair is 100% human remy hair, and slight color variations are expected with all organic products. Due to our unique color production, we cannot guarantee perfect color consistency with each batch. If the color is different than expected, follow our return policy for an exchange.

Our straight hair has a slight natural wave but smooths straight in darker colors; lighter tones are Slavic and will be straight.Note that all orders are custom-made to the client's specifications.

Returns & Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. The hair must be unused and in the original packaging with ties intact. Used products or products not in original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

LUX Hair is not responsible for any shipping fees, including custom fees.There are no returns on worn or opened products.
