| Ombre | Darker colour applied to the top of the weft seamlessly merging with the second into the third. Great for adding lightness to the end of a root extreme balayage. Usually about 1.5 inch, darker to top (smudge root). |
| Balayage | Rooted 1 inch from top of the weft. With the root colour continuing to the end of the hair. Perfect for a lived-in balayage look! *Darker colour will always be applied to root, blending out into the lighter colours. |

What is your return and exchange policy?
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. The hair must be unused and in the original packaging with ties intact. Used products or products not in original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
LUX Hair is not responsible for any shipping fees, including custom fees.
There are no returns on worn or opened products.

Wrong Order / Damaged Items
If you received the wrong order or a faulty item, notify us immediately at info@luxuryhairclub.com with your order number and relevant details.
We will send the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have returned the wrong or faulty item.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we made an error.

Can I order custom lengths and weights for extensions?
How to Care for Your Lux Hair Extensions:
- Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner weekly.
- Blow dry completely before styling.
- Brush gently with a wide-tooth comb or extension brush; do not brush wet!
- Use heat protectant when styling and keep temperatures below 450°F.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive styling products, and sleeping with wet hair.

No, if the hair is installed, it is very hard to determine issues with the hair. Different products or install methods can make them look like “Bad Hair”. Lux hair often does testing on all products and stands by the quality of our hair. We suggest the method best for the hair type purchased and we also have a list of recommended products to use on extension hair.
