How long does shipping usually take?

Our manufacturing time takes 7-12 business days based on the type of colour blend (see table below).

However, the exact shipping time will depend on several factors, including the type and color of hair ordered, product quantity, parcel destination, holidays, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control. How do I care for LUX hair extensions?

How to Care for Your Lux Hair Extensions:

- Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner weekly.
- Blow dry completely before styling.
- Brush gently with a wide-tooth comb or extension brush; do not brush wet!
- Use heat protectant when styling and keep temperatures below 450°F.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive styling products, and sleeping with wet hair.
