Manufacturing Times

Each of our products is carefully crafted, and the time taken to prepare each item can vary depending on the type of blend you select. Below is an overview of our manufacturing schedule based on different blend types:

Shipping Your Order

Once your order is ready and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number and details about the carrier.

Our standard shipping timeframe within Canada is 3-4 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that the actual delivery time can vary due to factors such as the specific type and color of the hair ordered, product quantity, destination, holidays, potential carrier delays, and other external factors beyond our control.

 

Address Changes and Corrections

To ensure your order arrives at the correct location, any requests to change the shipping address must be made directly to LUX HAIR INC. before your order has been shipped.

Please email us at info@luxuryhairclub.com as soon as possible if you need to update your address details. If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or FedEx, LUX HAIR INC. cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or misdelivered.

Should there be an error in the shipping address due to a mistake made during the checkout process, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us within one hour after placing your order for correction. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to contact USPS or FedEx directly to request any changes.

International Shipping: Understanding Duties & Fees

When you order from Lux Hair we want to ensure you have all the information you need regarding international shipments.

Please note that orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or taxes set by the destination country.

  • Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU): Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you may be required to pay these fees to release your order from customs upon arrival in your country.

  • Calculating Duties and Fees: The specific duties and taxes you might be required to pay are controlled by your local customs authority. These fees vary from country to country and are calculated based on the type and value of the items you've ordered.

  • Customs Clearance: Sometimes, customs clearance procedures can affect delivery times. While Lux Hair does everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, we want to make you aware that delays may occur due to these processes.

 

Liability for Shipped Parcels

LUX HAIR INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages, including those damaged or opened during delivery. Additionally, we are not liable for any packages delayed in transit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
