Return and Exchange Policy

At LUX Hair, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy or if you've ordered the wrong color, we offer a couple of options to help make things right.

 

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You can exchange items within 14 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all ties intact.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@luxuryhairclub.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with returning your item.
  • Store Credit: If your desired item is not available, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the original purchase.
  • No Exchanges on Used Products: We cannot accept exchanges for any products that have been worn, used, or removed from the original packaging.

 

Returns

  • No Returns on Used Products: For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of worn or opened products.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that all shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. LUX Hair does not cover any shipping fees or customs duties incurred.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive the wrong order or a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@luxuryhairclub.com with your order number and a description of the issue, as well as a photo of the product and any additional info we may need to know.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you upon receipt of the returned incorrect or damaged item. We cover shipping costs only in cases where the error was on our part.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by LUX Hair.
